Shanté Renée is the founder and creative strategist behind IAMU365. She brings a combination of business strategy and creative thinking to every experience the company designs.

Her professional background spans more than a decade across merchandising strategy, business development, brand partnerships, vendor relationships, retail, and consumer-facing experiences. That background shapes IAMU365's approach in a meaningful way — the company does not view creativity and commercial strategy as opposites. The strongest experiences can accomplish both.

Shanté's work spans experience strategy, creative direction, business development, brand development, partnerships, merchandising, community engagement, event production, and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
