Because Exposure Changes What's Possible.

Young people are constantly being told to prepare for their future. Spark Studio gives them a place to practice for it.

Through creative, project-based experiences, students strengthen the human skills that influence how they communicate, collaborate, solve problems, lead, adapt, and present themselves.

Spark Studio combines learning with doing.

Students don't simply hear about communication — they practice it.
They don't simply learn about teamwork — they work together.
They don't simply talk about entrepreneurship — they create, make decisions, manage resources, and present ideas.
They don't simply prepare for opportunities someday.

They practice being ready now.

LEARN • CREATE • CONNECT • PRESENT

These four actions form the foundation of every Spark Studio experience.

LEARN

Explore new concepts, industries, skills, careers, and ways of thinking.

CREATE

Turn ideas into projects, products, media, solutions, and experiences.

CONNECT

Learn how to communicate, collaborate, build relationships, and work with others.

PRESENT

Develop the confidence to explain ideas, tell stories, speak publicly, demonstrate work, and advocate for yourself.

Skills That Travel With Them.

Spark Studio experiences are designed to help young people develop and practice skills that matter far beyond any single program or classroom. Areas of focus include:

  • Communication
  • Confidence
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem-solving
  • Collaboration

  • Adaptability
  • Creativity
  • Presentation skills
  • Financial literacy
  • Entrepreneurship

The emphasis is on exposure, practice, development, confidence, and preparation — not just information.

Spark Cash

Spark Cash turns financial literacy into something students can experience.

Students may earn, manage, save, budget, spend, and make decisions using a simulated Spark Studio economy. Through age-appropriate activities and a student-centered marketplace experience, participants practice concepts related to earning, saving, spending, budgeting, decision-making, value, and entrepreneurship.

Spark Cash is experiential financial-literacy learning — designed to make abstract concepts real, relevant, and memorable.

Help Us Create More Advantage Rooms.

Spark Studio works best when young people have access to a community willing to expose them to what's possible. We invite partnerships with schools, Parks and Recreation departments, nonprofits, youth organizations, community centers, companies, employers, entrepreneurs, creative professionals, colleges and universities, sponsors, and community partners.

Partnerships may support programming, student experiences, career exposure, guest speakers, workshops, supplies, sponsorship, field experiences, community showcases, and professional mentorship.
